Role Brief:
As a Product Manager, you will own and drive the product roadmap for our experience review application. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, introduce innovative features, and ensure our app remains a go-to platform for sharing experiences. This role requires a blend of customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision-making, and technical understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
- User Insights: Gather feedback from users, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to improve the platform’s features and usability.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to conceptualize, prioritize, and launch new features.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., user engagement, retention, and feedback) and iterate on features to achieve desired outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between business, tech, and design teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the product development lifecycle.
Requirements for this Position:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a consumer-facing tech company or mobile application.
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and app development processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Passion for food, dining, and creating exceptional user experiences in the food industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
